Charges: Early Bird Charges: CAD 55 Per Person Plus Tax

General Instructions:

1. Please select your food preference at the time of booking (Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian or Jain/Swaminarayan), last minute changes will not be accommodated. In case of  allergies/accommodations please let us know at laacanada8@gmail.com
2. Cash Bar for drinks, requested change/cash to purchase ticket, no other mode of payment will be accepted at the venue.
   
3. Dress code - Business casual
4. The event is for LDCE alumni only, accompanied by a spouse/guest.
5. All registrations are non-refundable; organizers retain the right to admissions and all decisions shall be final.

Early Bird Discount:

• $55 CAD per person (Save $20!)
• Valid Until: July 31, 2025

 Regular Rate (after July 31, 2025):

• $75 CAD per person 

 Guest Policy:

• Each LDite may bring one guest or spouse only
• Maximum of 2 attendees per registration Alumnus + 1 (not alumni)

 Payment Method:

• Facilities will offer a cash bar for drinks – please carry cash, as change may not be available at the venue
