Charges:
Early Bird Charges: CAD 55 Per Person Plus Tax Ends July 31 2025
Azaado Bonanza Offer: CAD 65 Per Person Plus Tax [August 1st to August 15th 2025]
General Instructions:
- Please select your food preference at the time of booking (Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian or Jain/Swaminarayan), last minute changes will not be accommodated. In case of allergies/accommodations please let us know.
- Cash Bar for drinks, requested change/cash to purchase ticket, no other mode of payment will be accepted at the venue.
- Dress code - Business casual
- The event is for LDCE alumni only, accompanied by a spouse/guest.
- All registrations are non-refundable; organizers retain the right to admissions and all decisions shall be final.

- Each LDite may bring one guest or spouse only
- Maximum of 2 attendees per registration Alumnus + 1 (not alumni)
