Notice for Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of LDCE Alumni Association for the year 2024-25 will be held on Sunday, September 28th at 11 AM at Conference Hall, Civil Engineering Building, LDCE Campus, Ahmedabad, to transact the following business:
1. To read and approve the minutes of the last AGM held on 29 September, 2024
2. To take note of activities of LAA during the year 2024-25
3. To take note and approve the Audited Accounts of LAA for the year 2024-25
4. Appointment of the Managing Committee of LAA for the year 2025-26
5. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
All members are requested to attend on time.
Meeting will be followed by Lunch.
