Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of LDCE Alumni Association for the year 2021-22 will be held on Saturday, 27th August 2022 at 6 PM at LAA Office, LDCE Campus, Ahmedabad, to transact the following business:
1. To read and approve the minutes of the last AGM held on 26 January, 2022.
2. To take note of activities of LAA during the year 2021-22.
3. To take note and approve the Audited Accounts of LAA for the year 2021-22.
4. To discuss about formation of Managing Committee of LAA for the year 2022-23.
5. To discuss about probable programs of LAA in the forthcoming year.
6. To discuss about the Platinum Jubilee Celebration of LDCE.
7. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair
All members are requested to attend on time. Meeting will be followed by Dinner.
