Mr. Jayesh PARIKH, a Mechanical Engineer by Qualification from the L.D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad, and a very common man from a middle class family of a small town of Viramgam, started his career as a shop floor engineer in an Engineering company in Ahmedabad. With his attitude to keep learning in all and every field helped him excel in his individual capacity to lift to a position of Director in his employer company in a span of 10 years. He was instrumental in forging out a Joint Venture with an International Group for the manufacture of Ejector Vacuum System, which took his Employer company scale to greater heights.
But as the saying goes for all the Gujarat people, the spirit of a leader and an entrepreneur never dies, kept him restless, and he finally decided to start something of his own.
Start something, in which he had gained knowledge of technology over the years, and where he had touched the skills of Indian workers at the very ground level.
He started a small engineering organization with a team of 12 people to provide solutions in the field of Vacuum technology, in terms of engineering and consulting. After a few months he established ‘CHEM Process Systems Pvt. Ltd.’ in the year 2002 near Sanand in a small area of around 2500 sq. yards, which could yield a turnover of around 30 odd lakhs in its first year of establishment. As the time flew the organization started growing and sharing its totally indigenous Indian Technology and solutions in the field of Vacuum, Evaporation, Crystallization, Drying, Waste Water treatment, Salt Recovery and Heat Transfer Technologies and is now a family of more than 350 employees and spread in more than 15 acres of land…
The dynamism of Mr. Parikh, his completely self-dependent work ethics has helped the organization grow strength to strength in just a decade to become one of the most preferred Engineering solutions providing company in the region.

Since its inception in the year 2002, Chem Process Systems Pvt. Ltd., has been reckoned as one of the finest Indian Vacuum technologists in and around the sub-continent. The company started pitching its more influential and highly efficient ejector technology for process Vacuum and Industrial Vacuum creation. The overwhelming response to the low cost and efficient technology encrypted trust in the Client organizations to encourage Chem Process to maneuver in to other related high cost foreign technology to provide Heat Transfer solutions.
Chem Process Systems Pvt. Ltd., which started with just Two engineers ( Mr. Jayesh Parikh, the Managing Director and Mr. Pradeep Ravtani the Director Operations), now has grown to have more than 60 young and experienced engineers in all the fields of its operations, right from Design, Engineering, Projects, Production, R&D, Marketing and even Purchase and procurement.
The ever exploring virtues of Mr. Parikh’s Management have been seeped into his young team who thrive to challenge the practical thermal engineering and deliver the most apt solution. Mr. Parikh always believed in receiving fresh Engineers and trains them in the fields of their adaption and constantly motivated them to crave for knowledge rather than success.
Mr. Jayesh Parikh has always looked forward to develop solutions for the challenges in the industrial segment pertaining to the Thermal Engineering. And he is determined with a goal to provide at least one process solution every year to resolve or minimize the troubles an industry might be facing in terms of Waste Fluid Management, Waste Energy Utilization and provide Energy Efficient solution.
